Apollo is usually such a happy baby. He has a megawatt smile that is a welcome relief. Don't get me wrong - the kid can scream loud enough to make you want your eardrums to bleed just so you don't hear him anymore. But when he smiles, he reminds me of why I became a parent in the first place because the simple joy of seeing your baby smile trumps everything.
Orion is becoming very independent. Not only does he throw his diapers away and help put on his clothes, he helps out with his baby "bubba" too. And if he can't do it yet, he wants to. He wants to rock his brother and carry in the groceries (he's done it before, but can you imagine a 22 month old carrying bags of 2 liters? This kiddo did... 3 times!). And he is bound and determined to get my camera from me and take his own pictures. Time for a real kiddie digital camera I think...
