This "device" is called an IntelliTainer and it's made by Fisher-Price. I'm not sure exactly how old it is, but I know that it goes back at least as far as the triplets. Anyways, when we first moved to Florida, Orion was still small enough to utilize this when he watched TV, he would hang out in it and we'd put Goldfish in that little yellow cup. Now that Orion is over 30 pounds, he's not allowed inside it anymore. Apollo has started spending 10 minutes at a time in it and I really think it's starting to help with his head control because at 2 months, this kid can look around without bobbling too much, so this thing is pure genius. And the little yellow cup? it's currently serving as a drool bucket for Apollo...
My parents had to go out of town to attend my Great Uncle Harold's funeral, so we offered to house and dog-sit. Having both babies over at their house and only one pack-and-play, we decided to let Apollo sleep in the pack and play and Orion sleep in my mom's bed with us. Wasn't exactly planning on kiddo taking my pillow away from me though! They fell asleep while I was out of the room...
